STUCCO & EXTERIOR DETAILING

POOL & GYM-HOUSE

#101 & #102 have been drywalled throughout, with mudding and taping happening this week! HVAC work has also commenced.

Cabinet work has begun off-site, with installation anticipated to start by the end of the month. The tiles have arrived on site and are ready for installation.
SIDEWALKS & FENCING
The sidewalks, entrance concrete fencing and garage access landings have all been poured, along with the white aluminum fencing on the southern perimeter of the property are now in place.
